1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using VaultX.hair, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
You must meet the minimum age required in your country and be able to enter a binding agreement. The final minimum account age will be stated here before public registration opens.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. We may require verification or refuse, merge, or rename accounts that mislead, impersonate, or infringe rights.
3. Service and AI features
VaultX provides editorial hair stories, education, discovery tools, and personalised or AI-assisted suggestions. Recommendations and generated previews are informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your hair, health, budget, or circumstances. Consult a qualified stylist or healthcare professional where appropriate.
We may improve, add, remove, or limit features. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid service, unless urgent security, legal, or operational circumstances prevent it.
4. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VaultX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only to operate, promote, and improve the service as described when you submit it. Any public story requires the participant, photographer, stylist, and other necessary permissions.
You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed for submitted text, images, video, audio, names, and likenesses. You may request correction or removal, subject to legal obligations and reasonable technical limits.
5. Acceptable use
You must not break the law; infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights; submit content without permission; impersonate others; harass or exploit people; bypass access controls; interfere with the service; introduce malware; scrape at harmful volume; or use the service to develop or train a competing model or dataset without written permission.
6. Paid services
If paid plans are introduced, the price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, included features, cancellation method, and refund rules will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider under its own terms. Unless the checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period.
7. Third-party services
The service may link to or integrate with providers such as Google, Microsoft, hosting, email, AI, media, and payment services. Their terms and privacy notices govern their services. VaultX is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
8. Intellectual property
VaultX and its licensors own the service, software, design, brand, and editorial material, excluding user content and third-party material. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal or authorised organisational purposes. No other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every story, recommendation, AI output, or external link will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, VaultX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Any aggregate liability cap for paid services must be confirmed before launch and will not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, harm to others, or prolonged inactivity, with notice where reasonably possible. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Exclusive or non-exclusive courts and any arbitration process must be confirmed as [City, State, and dispute process].
